Is ACG fully insured?
Yes- ACG has been insured with one of the southeast’s largest insurance brokers (Synaxis-Merritt & McKenzie) since inception.  ACG carries $1,000,000 in General Liability Insurance, full coverage Inland Marine (Equipment) and Workman’s Compensation.  In addition, ACG currently carries an additional $2,000,000 Umbrella Policy and Automobile insurance.

What is ACG’s geographical market area?
ACG is based in Atlanta, GA and our market area is the southeast with an emphasis on Georgia and its surrounding states.  Our primary focus is the state of Georgia and with the boom of the Atlanta area and its suburbs, ACG has been fortunate to remain at home for the most part focusing on a wide array of residential, commercial and municipal projects.  However, we have handled projects throughout the southeast most recently in NC, FL and consulting in coastal SC

What type projects does ACG look for?
By providing a wide array of services, ACG tries to focus on “turnkey” site developments handling the clearing/grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer (including pump station construction) and water/fire main systems complete.  We also look for grading and pipe system installations relative to all types of commercial and municipal projects.  While not our first goal, ACG will look at individual aspects of projects (e.g.- sanitary system only) when sensible.  ACG also provides consulting and management services for developers and other project owners for the site developments listed within.

Does ACG sub-contract the work to other companies?
ACG currently has over 30 pieces of equipment in its fleet in addition to numerous rental accounts and customarily handles all construction directly.  In 2004, ACG sub-contracted less than 10% of its contracted workload.  Generally, ACG will use sub-contractors only for incidental service and support (i.e. - single lot paddings, waterline/sewer line testing, etc.)

Does ACG have a contract minimum?
Currently, ACG does not have a published or firm contract minimum. Generally, ACG will entertain projects ranging $50,000 and up.  However, ACG will typically review most any project that is sensible.

What type of clients does ACG contract?
ACG has clients that range from small, first time residential developers to $200 million General Contracting Firms and International development organizations.  We have the knowledge and expertise to handle complex and technical system installations and the care and concern to help guide and assist developers new to the industry.
