ACG, once again, demonstrated our specialization and technical skills in the installation of several different types of pipelines for this project. ACG installed 5,000 lf of 24” DIP, 1,000 lf of 2” Copper Service line, 1,000 lf of 60” Steel Gravity Flow pipeline and 1,500 lf of 42” Restrained Joint DIP that ranged in depth from 8 to 50-foot deep. Triple stacking of trench boxes was required on much of this section and all work was conducted professionally and in accordance with OSHA and EPD regulations. Once again, ACG was recognized by the project owners for our “quality and efficiency” in the installation of these systems. Additionally, ACG was contracted to provide backfilling and compaction of 10,000 cy of dirt at the pump station location conducted in 1 VF lifts and subject to compaction requirements of 95% of proctor. All requirements were met.
