Our largest subdivision project to date, this 76-lot, 60-acre tract is actually the third phase to this incredible development. ACG has been contracted by Ultima Holdings, LLC to provide “turn key” development services including clearing/burning, grading, water/fire, storm sewer and sanitary sewer systems. This project also requires the construction of a pump station and installation of a 4,800 lf 4” PVC/DIP Force main that will be installed throughout the golf course area transferring back to junction manholes located at the front of the development. The previous two phases and golf course were completed prior to Ultima Holdings, LLC acquiring the development and the golf course is fully operational, adding complexity to the installation of the Force Main. In addition to the force main, there are approximately 4,600 lf of roadways, 5,800 lf of sanitary sewer line ranging from 8” DIP and PVC to 6” PVC, 1500 lf of storm sewer main ranging from 30” ACCMP to 48” RCP (Reinforced Concrete Pipe) and 4,400 lf of water main.
